- KITCHEN SUPPLIES SOURCE LIST (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F1TTAS1159A002. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52 and DFARS Change Notice 20110629. (iv) This procurement is being issued as unrestricted. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 332214 and Size Standard 500 employees apply to this procurement. (v) The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the following structure: CLIN 0001 Kitchen supplies for new BRAC CDC, as described in attached supply list. (vi) Requirement Description: "Brand Name or Equal" items accepted(see attached KITCHEN SUPPLIES SOURCE LIST), in accordance with DFARS 252.210-7000. Contractor is not required to provide a quote in all listed items. Government will accept partial bids. Please, clearly identify those items the contractor cannot provide. The Government reserves the right to award the contract to the contractor providing most items. RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS. The following Federal Legal Holidays are observed by Eglin AFB. New Year's Day (1 January) Martin Luther King's Birthday (Third Monday in January) Presidents Day (Third Monday in February) Memorial Day (Last Monday in May) Independence Day (4 July) Labor Day (First Monday in September) Columbus Day (Second Monday in October) Veterans Day (11 November) Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November) Christmas Day (25 December) (vii) This commodity or service is due within 30 days of contract award and deliver to be made to 96 FSS, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. (example: Quotes will be evaluated on price) (x) FAR 52.212-3, Offer or Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offer or must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. (xi) A statement that the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause.
