- ATTACHMENT 2 Air Force Memorial Spire Inspection Report ATTACHMENT 1 SCA WD 2005-2103 REV.11 HQ0034-11-R-0089 Solicitation The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is soliciting proposals to obtain inspection services for the Three Spires at the United States Air Force Memorial in Arlington, VA. Based on the Government's market research and with the concurrence of the Small Business Administration, the Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting proposals on the basis of a Total Small-Business Set-aside. The Government intends to utilize simple acquistion procedures in FAR Part 13 in procuring the required services. The contract resulting from this RFP is for cleaning services under NAICS code 541350(Professional Engineering Services). There will be a site visit on Thursday, August 11, 2011 details are as listed in the attached solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about August 2, 2011.
