- RFQP01131100010 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution in Morgantown, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation RFQP01131100010 for a Catholic Priest to perform Catholic Services. The contractor shall provide Catholic Services for the inmate population in a correctional setting. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed pricing. The award will be made to the responsible company or individual who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract period shall consist of one base year from effective date of award through twelve months from date of award and four 12-month option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government. It is estimated the contract will provide 57 one and one-half hour sessions per contract year. The solicitation will be available on or about August 02, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The due date for receipt of quotes is August 19, 2011. The solicitation is 100% set-a-side for small business. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 813110 with a size Standard of $7.0 million. Mailed and hand carried quotes must be delivered to the Contract Specialist at the following addresses: Federal Correctional Institution, ATTN: Contract Specialist, P.O. Box 1000, Morgantown, WV 26507-1000; or Federal Correctional Institution, ATTN: Contract Specialist, 446 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, WV 26501. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered.
