- This simplified/commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and under the test program for commercial item iaw FAR 13.5. NAVSUP FLC Norfolk/Philadelphia intends to acquire Mobile Firefighting Training Devices and Mobile Attack Fire and Rescue Trainer through 100% Small Business Set-Aside in support of the Commander Navy Installations Comptroller Washington, DC. The firefighter items required are as follows: 2 ea Portable Helicopter Trainer Mockup, 2 ea Portable Fire Pan Trainer Mockup and 2 ea Portable Vehicle Trainer Mockup. Delivery for these items will be Navy Region Hawaii and Navy Region Japan-Atsugi. The NAICS is 423990. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated to be in place by 30 Sep 2011.
