- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source award in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). A sole-source, fixed-price procurement with Frontline Communications, Inc. 12770 44th street North Clearwater, FL 33762 for the purchase of Repair and Refurbishment of The Hazardous Material Operations Unit Fleet base Operations Vehicles (BOO). The vehicles were manufacture by Frontline Communications, Inc. Failure to purchase the identified items would result in voiding the existing manufacturer's warranty of the Hazardous Material Operations Unit Fleet base Operations Vehicles If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests in this requirement to this office by 9:00 AM (Eastern) August 12, 2011, via e-mail to the attention of: Montarious Usher, at Montarious.Usher@ic.fbi.gov. The North American Industrial Classification System Number (NAICS) is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The awardees shall be registered in the Central Contractor's Database (CCR) and also the Online Representations and Certification (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
