- Description
- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F1F3B11207AG02. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)/sole source notification toAction Target in accordance with the attached Justification and Approval. (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, DFARS Change Notice 20110725, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0714. (iv) There is no small business set-aside for this acquisition. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 339920 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v) There are two (2) contract line item numbers (CLIN)s. The quantity and unit of measure for CLIN 0001 is 6 each; CLIN 0002 is 1 each (vi) CLIN 0001: SRET Plus Plu MDU Turning version(Upgrade w/Core Exchange) P/N: 8013 (must be compatible with existing equipment, no substitutes accepted) CLIN 0002: Shipping cost (if applicable) (vii) Delivery is required 15 days after the receipt of the contract (ADC) and delivery will be made to the following address: 31 CES/CEOE Unit 6110 Box 5 APO, AE 09604 (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following addenda are made to the provision. Paragraph (b) Submission of offers is added to read: Quotations shall contain at a minimum the following information: Company name, POC name, phone, and e-mail, product part number, product description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price, shipping costs (if applicable), total price, discount terms, delivery terms. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. There are two specific evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a). The first one is (i) technical capability of the item quoted to meet the requirement of that provision. The last one is (ii) price. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process will be used in this acquisition. (x) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The quotation must include a complete copy of this provision. Paragraph (o) Warranty is added to read: The contractor shall provide all standard commercial (including manufacturer) warranties to the United States Government.
