Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Attached solicitation RFQ DTMA-92-Q-2011-0062 The T/S Empire State is a U.S. Government owned training ship provided to the State University of New York Maritime Academy for the purpose of training young men and women for a career in the U.S. Maritime Industry. It is the intention of the Maritime Administration to purchase and install a state of the art, bilge water treatment system that will meet or surpass all city, state, federal and international regulations that govern the release of oil and other contaminants into the environment. The system will employ a high-speed centrifuge which uses the most modern fluid dynamics technology for high separation efficiency.
