Description

The Tennessee Valley VA Medical Center in Nashville, TN, intends to award a sole source contract to Vykon Inc. to renovate Quality Management 1st floor. The work will include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection in accordance with Statement of Work. The project design shall be in compliance with applicable standards and codes described in VA Program Guides and design materials. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 © (2)-Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-2. This Special Notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
