Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm, fixed price supply type contract for various Juniper Networks switches and modules. It is anticipated that the contractor will provide all required supplies within 60 days after contract award. The acquisition will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 15 and 13.5, utilizing Low-Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The solicitation will be issued on or about 08 August 2011 with a closing date of 18 August 2011. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm, fixed-price supply type contract. Prospective offerors not CCR-registered should immediately begin the registration process. The solicitation will be posted to the NECO web site: www.neco.navy.mil under Business Opportunities under solicitation number N00406-11-T-0764. The Government will NOT distribute hard-copy solicitations or amendments. The Government will not mail, fax, or e-mail the solicitation or any amendments thereto. Subsequent amendments, if any, will be transmitted solely via the NECO web site. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the NECO web site early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offerors should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued. The NECO web site is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror ™s inability to access the document posted on the referenced web site. Telephone and facsimile requests will not be honored. Electronic submission of proposals is NOT available at this time.
