Description

Contract Specifications DOL Wage Determination Construction Contractor's Guide Solicitation Contract Drawings This project includes repair of various buildings to include standing seam metal roofs, asphalt shingle, and built-up roofs. Roof repairs include buildings 209, 396, 421, 448, 470, 471, 472, 473,474, 591, 596, and 683, Grissom Air Reserve Base. The work varies from coating metal standing seam, repairing vents/penetrations, repairing flashing, replacing entire build-up and replace asphalt shingle with standing seam metal; furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and services required.The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is a 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code 236220, with a small business size standard of $31,000,000 million. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on or about August 3, 2011; and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the FBO site for the:solicitation package, pertinent information and downloads.
