PRESOLICITATION NOTICE WOMEN'S HEALTH RECONFIGRATION (558-11-115) The Department of Veterans Affairs, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 558-11-115, Women's Health Reconfiguration at the Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina. The work will consist of general demolition, construction, mechanical and electrical work necessary to renovate approximately 800 SF of the current Women's Health Clinic on the 1st floor. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. The period of performance is 150 days for the entire project. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The specifications, drawings and amendments/notices, if any, will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
