- J & A The Western Regional Contracting Office, 9902 Lincoln Street, Tacoma, Washington, 98431, has awarded a sole source contract to Phoenix Teledata System Inc. for Patient Appointment System Maintenance, under NAICS code 517919. This requirement is for Patient Appointment System Maintenance with Phoenix Teledata System Inc. at Munson Army Health Center (MAHC), Fort Leavenworth, KS. The delivery date is 15 August 2011. The proposed contract action is for service for which the government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.501(a), Sole Source (Including Brand Name) acquisitions. The requested requirements are as follows: Patient Appointment System Maintenance. Patient Appointment System was installed in February 2011 by the Phoenix Teledata Inc. which is the eOn Patient Appointment System. They utilizes the system that is proprietary, maintained the program source code for the software and have the on-call system engineers that can diagnose and resolve problems associated with the system. This Notice is not a Request for Quotes. No solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice. Additionally, no award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. Phoenix Teledata System Inc. is the only company that can satisfy the Government's requirement. Madigan Healthcare System has completed extensive market research for this system and have found that Phoenix Teledata System Inc. is the only source capable of providing software compatible to work with existing government-owned equipment and being able to provide eOn Patient Appointment System. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 1000 PST, 14 August 2011. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided. Responses will be considered for future requirements.
