- This statement of work describes the services of the Architect Engineer (hereafter referred to as A/E) for the investigation and redesign for the renovation of Delano Hall located at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point (hereafter referred to as the Academy or the Government). All architectural and engineering construction drawings and specifications shall be signed and sealed by licensed professionals in New York State. The Academy is in operation 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and must continue to be in operation during all phases of the design and construction. A complete engineering survey investigation is required resulting in the design and development of plans and specifications, including associated cost estimates.
