Services Contract Act - DoL Wage Determination 17 June 2011 PWS Appendix C PWS Appendix A - Page 10 of PWS Performance Work Statement (PWS) - 27 July 2011 Solication # FA8125-11-Q-0072 Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Concurrent Computer Corporation, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, material and parts, trasportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive and Remedial Maintenance Support Services for the 76 SMXG Power Hawk Hardware and associated components. The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and PWS appendices. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The Period of Performance (POP) is as follows: Basic: 1 Dec 2011 - 30 Nov 2012 Option I: 1 Dec 2012 through 30 Nov 2013 Option II: 1 Dec 2013 through 30 Nov 2014 Option III:1 Dec 2014 through 30 Nov 2015 Option IV: 1 Dec 2015 through 30 Nov 2016 The estimated award date is: 30 Nov 2011. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $19million.
