Description

Justification and Approval (J & A) for Other than Full and Open Competition (Sole Source) for Purchase of the Student Administration and Scheduling System's Technical Engineering Support with Operation & Maintenance. Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Science Applications International Corporation, 1710 SAIC Drive, McLean VA 22102, to provide the Student Administration and Scheduling System (SASS) support services for an estimate period of 09/01/2011 to 02/28/2014. The estimated value including all option periods is $8,936,581.00. These services are needed to support the US Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center's Student Administration and Scheduling System (SASS). Reference the attached Justification and Approval. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
