Only the products listed above are approved by the FBI IT integration team, no equal substitutions will be considered. The Contractor is required to have an FBI background check for all personnel that will need onsite access. The check must be processed and applicants must pass the check prior to the commencement of onsite work. Allow ten (10) business days for the background check to be completed. Contractor must provide all items in one complete shipment; multiple shipments are absolutely not acceptable. (VII) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance of all equipment is September 16, 2011 and Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the FBI Office Building, 8000 East 36th Avenue, Denver, CO 80238. Installation shall be completed by October 10, 2011. (VIII) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (IX) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated solely on price, on an all or none basis. (X) The offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Oct 2010) with its quote. The offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. (XI) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (XII) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
