- This is a combined Sole Source Requirement Synopsis Solicitation with Flexible Concepts, Inc. 1620 Middlebury St., Elkhart, IN 46516-4713 for Repair of WTU-11/B Warhead Repair. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued unless amended for RFQ N00174-11-T-0099. This request for quote (RFP) N00174-11-T-0099 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. Offeror must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications for Commercial Items (June 2003). Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD ™s Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 811219, Size Standard $19M, Information regarding CCR and ORCA can be found through the Business Partners Network (BPN at http://www.bpn.go).
