Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Augusta GA (VISN 7), is issuing a solicitation for 40 hotel rooms and conference rooms to seat 50 people in the downtown Historic District of Charleston SC for the timeframe of October 17 “ 21, 2011. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR part 13. The RFP VA-247-11-RP-0337 will be advertised as unrestricted with a size standard of $20 million. Only offerors from those firms regularly established in business of providing this type of service will be considered. This solicitation will be advertised and available for bidding on the Federal Business Opportunities website August 9, 2011. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any and all posted amendments. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing on company letterhead to include telephone number, fax number and point of contact to the Network Contracting Office, Hatcher Building, 501 Greene St, Suite 2, ATTN: Shirley Adams, Augusta GA 30901 or fax 478-274-5588 no later than August 10, 2011. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
