Description
Contract will require the contractor to furnish all services, materials, supplies, equipment, investigation, studies, testing, supervision, and travel as required in accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications to make repairs and provide a leak detection survey. NOTICE TO OFFEROR: This acquisition is a HUBZone set-aside. NOTICE TO OFFEROR: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541990. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Governnment will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Price; (ii) Technical capability to meet the Government requirement. Technical acceptability will be determined by evaluating a submission of not more than 5 pages (12 Pitch Font) clearly describing the offerors capability to meet requirements set forth in the attached Statement of Work. Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).
