Description

DLA Distribution has a requirement to increase the level of effort for warehouse support services under their current contract, SP3300-10-C-0002. The current service provider, Accent Controls, will fulfill this requirement by continuing to provide services at DLA Albany through 17 January 2012. DLA Distribution intends to issue a modification to Contract SP3300-10-C-0002 to provide additional warehouse support services. This modification is a sole source modification under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source/a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted after the execution of the modification. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 493110 and the size standard is $25.5M. To receive an award resulting from solicitations issued after May 31, 1998, your company must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
