- (Subject Continued) 27410-9427 For the following: Scope of Work: The contractor shall accomplish training with a variety of hands -on activities and best-practice discussions providing for a very thourough understanding of how to manage administrative tasks, increase administrative efficiency, as well as create engaging and collaborative learning environments for cadre and students. - Depth of assesment: Acomprehensive picture of leadership skills, behaviors and preferences, including a close look at the 12 key competencies needed to suceed as a leader of managers. - Peer learning groups: In-the-moment feedback from peers provides insight, suggestions and support. - Practice and application: A business simulation and out-of-classroom experience provide tangible, practical lessons. - Personal coaching: A half-day session plus two, 45-minute follow-up calls with a CCL coach. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for commercially available items and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by 6.302-1 Only One Reasonable source and other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement for Fort Jackson, and these services have been included in this proposal. The anticipated award date is 8/15/2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) from this requirement is 611430.All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Interested firms may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time 8/15/2011.
