- The Project consists of construction of entrance awnings and rain gutters for the CottonwoodField Office Administrative Site office buildings. The project site is located at the Cottonwood Field Office Administrative Site, 1 Butte Drive, Cottonwood, Idaho 83522. Estimated start work date is September 26, 2011 and performance time is 120 calendar days. [Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238910 with a standard size of $14.0 million. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is August 23, 2011.
