- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Nashville Delineated Area: North: Union Street to 3 rd Avenue N. to French Landing Drive to Vantage Way; Vantage Way to Great Circle Road; Great Circle Road. to Mainstream Drive. South: West End Avenue and I-440 to I-65 and Franklin Pike. East: I-65 and Franklin Pike to I-65 and Broadway; Broadway to 1 st Avenue and Union Street West: Mainstream Drive to Rosa L. Parks; Rosa L Parks to I-65; I-65 to West End Avenue; West End Avenue to I-440. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,563 Maximum Sq. Ft. (Rentable): 4,097 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Nine (9) Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years firm Additional Requirements: The United States Government seeks to lease class "A" fully serviced office space in Nashville TN. - The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). - Street level space is preferred. - Contiguous upper floor space on one floor which has handicapped accessible elevator service to the floor occupied by the government is an acceptable alternative. - Elevator service shall consist of a minimum of two accessible elevators which serve the floor proposed for the government. One of the accessible elevators may serve as a freight elevator. - The proposed office location should not be within the immediate vicinity of railroad tracks. - If on-site parking is not available, parking for the disabled must be located within the same block as the space offered. - Public transportation must be no further than two blocks from the space offered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
