- 2011 Missouri River Flood Fight - Sioux City, IA The project consists of access and additional flood protection to the radial collector well and the nearby municipal well 6 located in and adjacent to the boat ramp parking area near the Hilton Hotel at the terminus of Hamilton Blvd at the river. The project also consisted of providing protection for electrical infrastructure inclusive of transformer pads and substations in 10 different locations. *Amendment 01 was issued to correct a spelling error in the title. No other changes were made to the J&A.
