The contractor shall perform these services at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center located at 9600 Veterans Drive, Tacoma, WA 98493 1) Contractor to provide the following lease at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center, Tacoma Washington Parenteral nutrition therapy compounder. MFR: Baxter. Brand: Automix 3+3 / AS compounder with accusource monitoring system. P/N: 2M8287. (or equal product) NAICS Code 325412, Size Standard: 750 employees.
