- Description
- The US Fish & Wildlife Service, Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, Nampa, Idaho requires abatement of concrete basement walls and floors that contains lead and PCB contaminated paint. All work will be done on three rooms that contain lead based paint, areas having peeling.and/or flaking lead based paint. All walls and floors of each room are poured contrete. Contractor's personnel shall be trained in the use of lead-safe work practices and follow OSHA's Lead in Construction Rule, 29 CFR 1926.62. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to clean and prepare all surfaces for painting and the applicaiton of paint. See Statement of Work on RFQ F11PS01468 forr full details. Attachments provided on the RFQ F11PS01468 are Statement of Work, Pictures, and Davis Bacon Wages- Canyon County, Idaho. Basis for award will be best value.
