- 1. This project includes the repair of a basketball field. 2. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The project is subject to availability of funds. 3. The performance period is 75 calendar days whereby a commencement time of 30 calendar days is included. 4. The solicitation will be issued on or about 24 August 2011 with an anticipated bid opening date of 23 September 2011. The solicitation will be posted to the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 6.
