- In accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2) an unclassified notice of intent to award is hereby displayed in public. Let all responsible sources be noticed that the government intends to make a sole source award to Corp Ten International who shall provide services as described in the below statement of work titled "Statement of Work for Maintenance and Technical Support of the Unitrac Electronic Tracking System" All responsible sources may submit its response via email to Sharon.brown1@dhs.gov. If timely a response may be considered by the agency. Responses submitted after August 21, 2011; 4:30 pm EST Dare not timely and shall not be considered by the agency. Statement of Work for Maintenance and Technical Support of the Unitrac Electronic Tracking System A. OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE The Air & Marine Operations Center (AMOC) currently utilizes Unitrac Electronic Tracking System (ETS) in support of its Homeland Security Mission. The AMOC requires software maintenance and technical support, including updates and patches to maintain the ETS server system to ensure its operational availability, to provide critical data to client locations. The CBP Air &Marine (A&M) Electronic Tracking System (ETS) is a stand alone computer system that integrates and distributes Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking information in near real-time to CBP tactical commanders, DHS and other government operations centers for officer safety, operational cuing of tactical law enforcement and intelligence gathering. The CBP A&M ETS supports all U.S. Federal law enforcement investigative agencies which include the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Drug Enforcement Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. We also directly support DOD's Joint Inter-Agency Task Force South and West in their tracking efforts. ETS clients operate at locations throughout the United States. B. SCOPE Software maintenance and technical support, including updates and patches for the AMOC's Unitrac Electronic Tracking Server System and the Autofind mapping Software. 1. Tasks: A single contractor is required to provide software maintenance and technical support, including updates and patches for the AMOC's Unitrac Electronic Tracking System and Autofind mapping software. 24 hour response during business hours is required. Part Number TSSM01AA. The minimum number of systems updates required is: 2 - Unitrac 4 - Autofind C. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE One year beginning September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2012
