- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M00681-11-T-0181 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DCN 20070531. The North American Classification System Code is 332618 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, has a requirement: CLIN0001: Woven Wire Fence Bldg 52501 8 ™D x 30 ™W x 8 ™H with roof. CLIN0002: Woven Wire Fence Bldg 430602 18 ™10 ť D x 15 ™ 6 ť W x 8 ™ H. CLIN0003: Woven Wire Fence Bldg 140178 22 ™5 ť L x 20 ™ H, no door Color: Black. CLIN0004: Woven Wire Fence with roof in Bldg 4100365 (4) cages 13 ™6 ť W x 14 ™ D x 10 ™ H with ceiling to include (4) 3 ™ x 7 ™ high swing doors Straight run 69 ™ W x 10 ™ H divider, 12 ™ D x 10 ™ H with ceiling to include (2) 8 ™ x 10 ™ high slide doors. Color: Dark Brown. CLIN0005: Woven Wire Fence filler panels in an existing security cage, Bldg 140199. (15) pieces filler panels, all wire edges are to be enclosed in a 1 ť x 1 ť angle frame Color: Dark Brown. Wire Fence Specifications: All wire edges are to be enclosed in at least 12 gauge channel. Require 1 ˝ ť diamond mesh wire. Fence stiffeners, if required, are to be śC ť channel centered on the wire partitions. See attached drawings for the work required for each location. Vendor is to field measure upon award and provide a drawing for approval prior to fabrication. All buildings are located on Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Ca 92055. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government. The award resulting from this solicitation will be made to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror that can deliver the requested items within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). The winning contractor must abide by and follow the security requirements on board Camp Pendleton, Ca.
