Description

This solicitation is being issued in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13. The synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies. Solicitation/RFQ Number N00167-11-T-0105 is hereby issued and included with this announcement as an attachment. The solicitation/RFQ may be electronically accessed and responded to via the following websites: https://www.neco.navy.mil/ or https://www.fbo.gov. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD has a non-competitive requirement for renewal of one (1) annual license and training agreement for Hyperworks software provided by Altair Engineering,Inc. As the sole developer and provider of the Hyperworks Software Suite and training courses, Altair Engineering is uniquely qualified to provide this requirement. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal/quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
