- The Antenna Test Facility (ATF) at the Electronic Proving Grounds located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, has a requirement for a near-field positioning system. In this amendment: 1. The text under "Progress Payments" is moved to the "Addendum" to 52.212-1, and "Progress Payments" is deleted. 2. The "Addendum" to 52.212-1 is revised. Revised language is identified in red font. 3. Two provisions are added. There is no extension to the due date/time for offers.
