Description

MAC 5500, Carescape V100 with Dinamap Tech and Rolling Stand For Procare. Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0450 is issued as a notice to procure from only one source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). This proposed contract action is for used for Intensive Care Unit and Medical Surgical Department.The Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The source is GE Medical System, CAGE Code: 50542, NAICS: 339112. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-01. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil.
