- The Antenna Test Facility (ATF) at the Electronic Proving Grounds located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, has a requirement for new measurement test fixture (50 feet radius arc system) to measure electromagnetic radiation properties of antenna systems mounted either stand-alone or on a land/air vehicle. See the attached SF 30 for a full description of this amendment. Revised salient characteristics are provided as a separately attached document.
