This innovation projectdevelops and defines a MANET PHY layer which utilizes a relatively newmodulation format termed Single Carrier, Frequency Domain Equalization (SC-FDE)., CLEARPHY assisted with Myriad FPGA and Signal Processing Systemsolutions and assisted with the development of the Single Carrier, FrequencyDomain Equalization 9SC-FDE). This notice is not a request for quotations.
