- Purchase Request 0042460671, NSN 5995-01-117-1307, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. This solicitation has one source of supply: Breeze-Eastern Corporation, CAGE 08484, PN 14428-1. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This item is commercial. This item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This solicitation is for a proposed firm fixed price contract with a quantity of 378 EA. Stock locations are in Susquehanna, PA; Corpus Christy, TX; and San Joaquin, CA. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. Required delivery is 240 days ARO. The solicitation will be available on or about 22 August 2011 and will close on or about 22 September 2011. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
