- Presolicitation Notice: FA4690-11-T-0011, B-1B Chaff/Flare Transport Modules The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to solicit, compete and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for aircraft support machines. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and 15 procedures. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA4690-11-T-0011 and all related attachments will be posted in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) approximately 12 August, 2011. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332439. If you are claiming status of small business under this NAICS, the Small Business size standard is no more than 500 employees. Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials to construct six (6) B-1B Chaff and Flare Transport Modules in accordance with AF Drawing No. X20065011. Other specific quote preparation and submission requirements as well as contract terms and conditions will be specified in the resulting RFQ.
