Description
Foreign Threat Systems: The Contractor shall deliver systems, subsystems, and related equipment that represents foreign threat systems as specified in the individual delivery order. These systems shall range from fully mission capable weapon systems to non-operational ancillary components. The configuration details for each foreign threat system will be specified in the individual delivery order. Examples: Foreign Threat Systems including but not limited to the following: T-72M1, Main Battle Tank T-72 w/ ERA, Main Battle Tank BMP-2, Infantry Fighting Vehicle BMP-3, Infantry Fighting Vehicle BTR-90, Armored Personnel Carrier 2S6, AA Gun/ SAM System SCUD-B, Tactical Ballistic Surface-to-Surface URAL-357D, 6x6 4000kg truck KAMAZ-4310, 6x6 4000kg truck ZSU-23-4, 23mm Self Propelled Anti-aircraft Gun SA-6, Low to Medium Altitude Surface-to-Air Missile System SA-8, Low Altitude Surface-to-Air Missile System SA-9, Low Altitude Surface-to-Air Missile System D-20/ML-20, 152mm Towed Howitzer D-30, 122mm Towed Howitzer ------------ Spare Parts: The Contractor shall deliver spare parts necessary for maintenance, repair, or modification of foreign threat systems in accordance with applicable technical manuals and original design requirements for foreign threat systems as specified in the individual delivery order. Spare parts for these vehicle systems shall be delivered to CONUS locations as specified in the individual delivery order. This requirement includes major automotive repair items and assemblies such as radio systems, power packs (engine and transmission packages), final drive sets, road wheels, track sets, wheels and tires. Manuals shall be delivered to the Targets Management Office, Redstone Arsenal, AL. All manuals shall be printed in the English language and legible. Translations shall be technical vice literal translations. Electronic copies are desired in addition to the hard copy. Foreign language editions are not acceptable unless the Government waives this requirement. Specific manuals to be delivered will be specified in the individual delivery order. Examples: Operating & Maintenance Manuals to include but not limited to: Overall System Engines Main Guns* Machine Guns* Missiles* Launchers* Fire Control Systems* Environmental Control Systems* Communications Equipment* Active Protection Systems* Mine Clearing Equipment* Reactive Armor* Radar* Auxiliary Power Units* Special Tools & Equipment* Driver's Manuals BII Lists Instructions on use of tools & accessories Listing of fuels, oils, and special liquids being used in system, and international equivalents Field Repair Manuals System Overhaul Manuals Engine Overhaul Manuals Catalogue of parts and assembly units Logbooks to include but not limited to: Overall System Main Guns* Machine Guns* Launchers* Technical Descriptions Electrical Equipment Schematic Diagrams (to include circuit diagram schematics) * Not applicable to all foreign threat systems
