- NSN(s): 5925-01-085-1215 Item Description: Circuit Breaker CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM I/A/W SAE AS14154B REFNO AMEND NR TYPE NUMBER I/A/W SAE AS58091 BASIC AMEND NR TYPE NUMBER MS14154-5 Quantity: Various quantity increments solicited 30-60, 61-182, 183-304 and 305 And UP Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: Various DLA stocking locations. Delivery Schedule: Specified on individual delivery orders. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns The Small Business size standard is 750 employees Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacture meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of August 15, 2011. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
