Description
RFQP0700CCK2S20007 - Custom Manufacturing High Voltage Energizer Output Boards Statement of Work - Custom Manufacturing High Voltage Energizer Output Boards This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The scope of work includes providing the necessary services, personnel, materials and expertise to engineer, manufacture and supply a minimum of 160 direct replacement Zareba #7001938A High Voltage Output P.C. boards to be utilized in the Zareba Model GDI-0897 Rapid Pulse Energizer (RPE) unit. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541330. The award of a firm-fixed price type contract is anticipated. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for women-owned small business concerns. Participation by women-owned small businesses is encouraged. This solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The web site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this web site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the web site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. This acquisition will be evaluated and awarded pursuant to the following: Technical submissions will be evaluated on a "Go," "No-Go," basis. Price will be evaluated for lowest, (i.e., Lowest price technically acceptable, in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
