- Description
- This is a firm-fixed price performance-based Global Support Strategy for Visa Services Task Order against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (SAQMMA10D0017). The following objectives/activities apply to this task order: Objective 1: Launch a regional GSS program for Brazil no earlier than one-hundred twenty (120) calendar days after task order award and no later than two-hundred forty (240) calendar days after task order award. Objective 2: Provide service package one, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services, document delivery services, greeter services, and offsite biometric collection services for Brazil. Optional Objective 1: As part of document delivery services, if not already incorporated into the contractor's solution, the contractor shall offer delivery to a location of the customer's choice (i.e., home, office, etc.) Optional Objective 2: Provide information services, appointment services, document delivery services, greeter services, and offsite biometric collection services for no-fee NIV applications (i.e., As, Gs, C-3s, USG-sponsored Js, etc.) Optional Objective 3: As part of offsite biometric services, establish an additional offsite facilitation center (OFC) in Sao Paulo, which would report to the consular section in Sao Paulo. Optional Objective 4: As part of offsite biometric services, if not already incorporated into the contractor's solution, establish an OFC in Belo Horizonte, which would report to the consular section in Rio de Janeiro. All Global Support Strategy for Visa Service task orders are competed amongst the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract holders: CSC and Stanley Associates, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI Federal.
