This is a sole source announcement. No hard copy request for quotation will beprepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCenter, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract toInteroperable Systems Group to purchase the following: MANDRIL Software Subscription/Licenses (Multi Link), Qty 5MANDRIL Software Subscription/Licenses (Link 16), Qty 3 Direct procurement questions via e-mail to Dorothy.Powell@navy.mil. Allresponses to this sole source annoucement must be received by the closingdate of this announcement. Commercial clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 423430 and the business size standard is100 employees. Registration to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and OnlineRepresentations and Certifications Application (ORCA) is required for allvendors doing business with the DoD.
