Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center, San Diego, Ca intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Safe Rack, LLC 730 Electric Dr, Sumter, SC 29153-1934. The requirement is for direct replacement of gangway ladders manufactured by Safe Rack, LLC. No solicitation document exists. See Government-wide note 22. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated capability is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 calendar days from the date of this publication. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
