Description: This Amendment changes the requirement from Full and Open competition to a Total Small Business Set-aside. Interested parties will need to download the Art Care Reports from a secure Public ftp website. You will need to e:mail your request to Laura_C_Schuster@nps.gov and she will send you an invite via e:mail. This is the only way you will have acces the public ftp site. End of Amendment.
