- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO AUGUST 22, 2011. THE CLOSING DATE IS CHANGED TO SEPTEMBER 21, 2011. NSN 1560-01-160-1296, LTC PROJECT RA11192001, WINDSHIELD PANEL (GUNNER'S DOOR). Manufacture in accordance with McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, CAGE 8V613, P/N 7-311112015-9; and Sierracin Corporation, CAGE 12035, P/N 160200-03. The approved sources of supply are Control Logistics, CAGE 0YRW3; Sierracin Corporation, CAGE 12035; PPG Industries, CAGE 53117; Nordam Texas, CAGE 0XF59; Texstars Inc, CAGE 12849; and Llamas Plastics, CAGE 8P093. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This procurement is set-aside exclusively for 100% Small Business participation. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 336 each for the base period and option period. The maximum contract quantity for the base period and each option period is 504 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 84 each for the base period only. Production lead-time is 120 days after receipt of order. FOB point at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. First Article Contractor test required. Government Fit Verification test required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. A Mylar is required. Surge and Sustainment is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
