- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 10 Kilograms of the Chemical 3-Oxentanol, with delivery in 2 weeks. This requirement is sole sourced to Synthonix, 2713 Connector Drive, Wake Forest, NC 27587, due to their 3-oxetanol was tested and found to have high purity; the purity of 3-Oxetanol is a critical parameter for the successful transformation of 3-oxetanol into oxetane polymers. Any firms believing that they can provide the 10 Kilograms of the Chemical 3-Oxentanol with delivery in 2 weeks for the mission critical upcoming schedule, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Chemical 3- Oxentanol without causing programmatic hardship.
