- VServices Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to provide cleaning services for Plasma Spray Booths, Plasma Spray Booth Dust Collectors and Grit Blast Dust Collectors in the Plasma Spray Shops in building 3001 &3221. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in the Appendix A&B. The estimated award date is 9 Sep 2011. Proposed POP: 1 Dec 2011 through 31 Mar 2012 Location: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma The proposed requirement is for the Interim Cleaning of the Spray Booths. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals are due by 12.00 noon on 30 August 2011. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Authority is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1).
