This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; This Request for Quotation is urestricted and full and open. NAICS Code 333411- Air purification equipement, stationary, manufacuring - Size Standard 500 employees applies. The intended result of this effort is the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base year and two option years. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple, or no awards resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. Place of Performance: Marine Corp Logistics Command, Maintenance Center, Barstow, CA. 2. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). CLIN 0001 (BASE YEAR): Semi Annual Scheduled Maintenance visit - Provide scheduled service maintenance within 6 months of the contract award. Units shall be 100% operational after this visit. Quantity of 1 each Semi Annual Scheduled Maintenance visit for a quantity of three (3) Munters Model IZS-3546-TH and a quantity of one (1) Munters Model IZS-2946-TH. CLIN 0002 (BASE YEAR): Annual Scheduled Maintenance visit “ Provide the Maintenance Kit for the Scheduled Maintenance for each of the four (4) units. Provide scheduled service maintenance every twelve months. This service shall also include the same services that are performed in the Semi Annual Scheduled Maintenance. Units shall be 100% operational after this visit. Quantity of 1 each Annual Scheduled Maintenance visit for a quantity of three (3) Munters Model IZS-3546-TH and a quantity of one (1) Munters Model IZS-2946-TH. CLIN 0003 (BASE YEAR): Emergency Repair visit “ Provide point of contact(POC) and information to reach POC. Respond within a 24 hour time period of an emergency call. The Contractor shall have a source of supply of parts available for the Emergency Repair when needed. Repairs should be made so that the unit is operational to at least the next scheduled maintenance. Quantity of 4 each Emergency Repair visit for a quantity of three (3) Munters Model IZS-3546-TH and a quantity of one (1) Munters Model IZS-2946-TH.
