- Attachment No. 1 - Request for Quotation.pdf As noted in Attachment No. 1 - "Request for Quotation," the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement to obtain "Non-Personal, Professional Support Services for Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) Safety & Access Programs" to: 1) provide technical assistance, training, research and product development information, 2) enhance trail management through training, research and information, 3) improve the safety and accessibility of OHV trail users, 4) promote environmental protection and economic sustainability, 5) enhance cooperation between the successful offeror and the OHV public and 6) provide enhanced information delivery, access to OHV opportunities and improved safety and environmental sustainability. All interested parties shall submit their quotations in accordance with the solicitation, related documents and any subsequent amendments to these items, if any, will be released and available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov/. Interested parties may also register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Note: As the solicitation is only available electronically, it is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FBO website for any solicitation amendments. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a quotation since the award resulting from this solicitation will be made to the offeror whose submission conforms to the solicitation's standards and represents the best value to the Government. This requirement is a Simplified Acquisition, pursuant to Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and will be awarded at an amount Not-to-Exceed the Simplified Acquisition threshold of $150,000.00.
