Description: COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION GFEBS0010051482 The 502d Contracting Squadron, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for NetApp FAS2050/3020 Storage file maintenance in support of NEC. This maintenance will include: Software support for 1500 PK, Software support for Snapdrive for Windows, R200 Base R5 Next Business Day Parts delivery and software support, Non-returnable Disk Fee for R200 Base-R5 Post warranty, NetApps Next Business Day Parts Delivery and software support FAS3020 Post Warranty, Non-returnable Disk Fee for FAS3020 Post warranty, SupportEdge Premium 4 hour Onsite FAS2050A Post Warranty, Non-Returnable Disk Fee FAS2050A Post Warranty. This maintenance is required for a full twelve month period beginning at contract award date. The NAICS code being used in this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related and the small business size standard is $25M. The quotes are to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This requirement is full and open with no exceptions. This award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial software maintenance support services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/offers are being requested/accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 0010051482 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42 and DFARS change notice 20100623. This combined synopsis/solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement.
