Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Special Services Division will contract to provide Preventive Maintenance and Hydrostatic Testing on Fire Extinguishers located throughout the National Capital Region for a period of one (1) year with the unilateral option of extending the term of the contract for (4) additional periods of 12 months. The duration of this Contract, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed five (5) years. This solicitation is open to both small and large business firms, however, GSA is committed to assuring that the maximum opportunity is provided to the small business community in order to increase competition and afford an opportunity for socio-economic firms to compete. Award is a nticipated for November 1, 2011, contractor performance will be dependent upon passing GSA Security Clearance. The Solicitation will be posted electronically through this web site: www.fedBizOpps.gov on or about September 6, 2011. All interested parties must download the solicitation from the internet.
